How to find property owner mailing addresses

The owner's mailing address — not just the property address — is what makes a list mailable. Here's how to get it for any area.

Property address vs mailing address

The property (situs) address is where the home is; the mailing address is where the owner receives mail. For absentee owners they differ — and the mailing address is the one you send to.

Get them in bulk

Draw an area, filter, and export — ParcelGeo returns the owner's USPS-shaped mailing address for every match.

Redaction, handled

Where a state withholds owner names by law, the mailing address is still present and the list is mailable to 'Current Resident.'

Step by step

  1. Draw your target area.
  2. Apply any filters.
  3. Export to CSV.
  4. Use the mailing_* columns for your mail merge.
